Tiffany brings a breadth and depth of career experiences: Marketing, creative management, and project management in the music business and book publishing; donor relations and communications in the non-profit space; and people care, culture, and leadership in all the previously mentioned spaces. She also has experience in scaling new retail businesses and process implementation in retail environments. In her 30 years of experience – primarily in her senior leadership positions – her favorite thing is helping people grow and develop by creating environments to help them not only strive, but thrive! What excites her most is watching people discover their own strengths and passions and finding that ‘sweet spot’ in their careers. In terms of leadership and simply being a good human, Tiffany likes to reflect on a favorite Harry Potter quote: “If you want to know what a man’s like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.”
Tiffany received her B.S. in Journalism with an emphasis on Business Communications from the University of Kansas. In her spare time, you can find Tiffany and her husband, Tom, off-roading through the woods and backcountry in Colorado. She also competed for four years in the Rebelle Rally (finishing as Rookie of the Year in her first year), an all-women off-road navigation rally that covers 2,500 kilometers over 8 days with no GPS and no cell phones – just a compass and a map! Their home is full of furry love with their three dogs, Sky, Annie, and Charlie.
