Stacy McElhany-Rodgers is a change agent and culture champion who currently serves as President of Above the Tree Line Consulting Group (ATL). She has 20 years of experience in diverse B2B and B2C enterprises, including serving as a Managing Partner of a real estate consulting firm as well as founding and operating retail businesses.
Stacy is ATL’s Cultural Transformation Consultant and Client Engagement Manager. In this capacity, she taps core strengths of curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and enthusiasm as she leads consulting teams in leadership development, talent recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs for key clients. She orchestrates teams in meeting client deliverables and exceeding expectations, within alignment to company mission, vision, and values.
As an entrepreneur, Vistage peer board member, Human-Centered Design aficionado, and lifelong learner, Stacy has developed deep insights and passion for the people, processes, and resources needed to make a successful enterprise. She has a deep commitment to creating fun, equitable, high-functioning cultures where diverse people can become tightly-knit teams who achieve meaningful personal and company goals. With an intuitive, iterative consulting style, Stacy gets to the heart of critical organizational issues quickly. From there, she partners with client leadership in the development of sustainable, scalable approaches to delivering on immediate and long-range business goals.
Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and has an appreciation of international travel, fine wine, gourmet cooking, vintage fashion, and family movie nights with her husband, Rick, and son, Emerson.
