Phil’s career foundation was formed by likes of industrial sales giants Cintas and UniFirst. These are long-cycled, contract-based sales that are highly competitive. Phil not only shined as a Winners Circle Representative for Cintas but was also awarded the Midwest Sales Manager of the Year for UniFirst in 2014 before moving onto Fairmont Supply as a Regional Sales Manager and then as the Director of Sales.

Phil has developed training programs for both new sellers and experienced account executives that will give them the ability to incorporate their own style in a process that brings results.  In his own words, we “give the customer or prospect an experience they will remember while also bringing a process and solution to the table that fills a void for one or more of their business needs.”

If your business is looking for a new and improved sales process that will excite your sales team and result in profitable sales growth, Phil is your guy!  He specializes in creating:

  • Lead generation tactics across different industries
  • Cold call/phone call value propositions and objection handling
  • Appointment setting with numbers established to guarantee results
  • Need’s analysis development
  • Metrics and accountability that ensure year over year growth

Phil is a husband, father, and dog-dad.  He, his wife, Laura (designer and photographer), daughter, Scarlett, and dog, Gordon, reside in Pittsburgh, PA.  They love the up-and-coming food scene in the city and enjoy exploring local business as they pop up! Phil was the captain of the baseball team while he attended Le Moyne College, and earned his BA in Communication and Media Studies. Immediately following graduation, he spent two years as a professional baseball player with the Washington Wildthings and the Texarkana Gunslingers. Both Laura and Phil have high expectations for Scarlett’s athletic prowess as she approaches preschool and is hopeful that she excels at nap time.
