The ATL team are “people” people! For our entire careers, we have focused on our teams (our people) to get results. We have educated, motivated, recognized, and promoted people. We have empowered people, and listened to people. We believe in the power of engagement and accountability, and have seen companies grow and redefine themselves when their people are engaged and challenged. We can do the same for your business!

Through a series of meetings, we determine the various reasons that your challenge exists and we help you develop a vision of what you want to achieve, then we create specialized solutions that mesh with your culture. If your culture needs tweaking (and there are toxic cultures out there, folks!), we can fix that as well – it’s one of our strengths!
We are a small company that can quickly expand to accommodate larger projects with our strategic partners. These are people who are experts in a particular area, and most likely run their own businesses, but have flexibility to partner with ATL when we need to scale our own team for a project.

Our typical process starts with a conversation to determine what you are looking to accomplish. Is it a tweak to an existing process or is it something much bigger like a cultural overhaul? It may be inside or outside sales training or leadership development.
Whatever you’re stuck on, or simply just don’t have enough time to address, we can own the initiative and ensure that we achieve the desired outcome! We define who needs to be involved in order to create a successful outcome, and then the ATL team goes to work to create the training or process needed to accomplish your vision.

We also have a special interest in small businesses with 50 or less employees. Many of you started with a dream and a passion, and years later, you have created a successful business. However, there are things that need to be fixed or tweaked, or maybe you just need what we call a “Business Wellness Assessment”. Think of it as a diagnostic tool to determine if your business is healthy: Are your HR policies current? Are people engaged? Are you living your vision? Are your sales growing?
